Fall is a season of change. As you search for a therapist to help you make those changes, I understand that finding someone who is the right fit for you is the foundation for a positive experience in therapy. I provide individual, couples, and group therapy in Washington D.C. and work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals. Whether you want to better manage a difficult situation, better understand yourself, improve your relationships, or feel more fulfilled in your life, I aim to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment for therapy. I work with all types of presenting concerns, and specialize in the areas of relationships, anxiety, positive psychology, career and life transitions, parental concerns, perfectionism, meaning in life, and physical health.
