I craft an approach to therapy that fits your unique needs. I hope that therapy can be a place that you can work to improve your life but also accept yourself as you are. I work collaboratively with clients to achieve their goals through evidence-based treatments (e.g. CBT, relational) while using my experience and flexibility to tailor treatment to individual challenges and solutions.
